· Within two business days of placing an order, we will make multiple attempts to confirm the details via phone calls and emails. If we do not receive a response from the customer via either channel, the order will be automatically cancelled.
· If a customer wishes to have their order cancelled after placing it, it could only be done before it enters the shipment process. Alternatively, we ask that customers refuse to accept delivery if the order has already been shipped. Although, we do encourage our customers to share their reasons for cancellation with us to help us enhance their experience with us in the future.
· Orders which indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled automatically. Similarly, orders from the customers with poor order history are cancelled automatically unless they are prepaid.
