Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue to help us process your request quickly.

Approval & Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with the approved resolution.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days after approval.

  • All refunds will be issued via bank transfer (or the original payment method, where applicable).
