At MY TOYS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence. If something’s not right with your order, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange
We offer Exchange Services under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The product received is not what you ordered.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or sale items
- Opened packaging of battery-operated toys, unless defective
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, simply:

- Share your Order Number, issue, and a photo/video of the item received
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours
Once approved, the item must be returned to our Karachi address. Customers may bear the shipping cost unless the error is on our part.
Refund Policy
Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. However:
- In case of unavailable stock, you will receive a voucher/credit note equal to the amount paid.
- The voucher can be used on any future purchase from MY TOYS.
Exchange Only – No Cash Refunds
Exchange Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 2 business days.
- We’ll notify you once your replacement product is shipped.
Important Notes
- Always check the parcel in front of the courier if you suspect damage.
- If the packaging appears tampered or broken, please refuse to accept and contact us immediately.
