Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery or courier partners.

Shipping Timeframes

 For Karachi Customers:

• Orders will be delivered within 2 business days.
• Delivered through our own delivery team or a local courier for faster service.

For Other Cities in Pakistan:

• Orders outside Karachi are delivered within 7 business days.
• We use reliable courier partners to ensure nationwide coverage and safe delivery.

Shipping Charges

• Karachi: Flat delivery charges may apply based on the weight.
• Other Cities: Shipping charges depend on your location and order size, calculated at checkout.
• Free Shipping: Occasionally available on promotions and bulk purchases.

Delivery Guidelines

• Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may result in additional charges.
